Eurolink Industrial Estate is located 6 miles north-east of Wakefield and 10 miles south-east of Leeds City centre. The estate benefits from a strategic and highly accessible location to wider commercial centres, notably Manchester lying 28 miles to the north-west.
Leeds Bradford Airport is situated approximately 24 miles north-west of the estate and is within a 40 minute drive time.
The estate is situated adjacent to Junction 31 of the M62 Motorway and, as such, benefits from excellent accessibility onto the wider motorway network between Liverpool, Manchester, Hull and further afield. Junction 31 of the M62 also connects to the north-south routes of the M1 and A1/A1 via nearby junctions.
