Overview
Headlands Trading Estate provides 18 units totalling 102,000 sq ft. Units sizes range from 1,200 – 14,000 sq ft, providing space suitable for a range of businesses. Current customers on the estate include Azone Logistics Ltd, RGB Communications Ltd and Uplands Education Trust, which demonstrates the flexibility of space to suit a variety of needs, including light industrial, warehouse and retail/trade counter.
Recent investment in new high level cladding and front gates help provide a high quality and secure space for our customers.
