East Midlands Airport is situated 15 miles to the north-east of the estate and is within a 25 minute drive time. Birmingham Airport is located approximately 25 miles to the south of the site and is within a 35 minute drive time.
The estate is approximately 5 miles north of Junction 11 of the M42 Motorway, 10 miles south of the A38 and 14 miles west of Junction 23 of the M1 Motorway - it has excellent logistical benefits.
