The M1 can be accessed within 10 minutes. Bus routes run close to the estate and Shirebrook Rail Station is 1 mile away.
East Midlands Airport is situated approximately 35 miles to the south and is within a 45 minute drive time.
The estate benefits from excellent road communications with the M1 Motorway (Junction 29) approximately 7 miles to the west of the town which provides direct access to Sheffield and Leeds to the north and Nottingham, Leicester and London to the south.
