Enterprise 5 Industrial Estate is a modern trade park situated adjacent to the Enterprise 5 Retail Park.
The estate provides 16 modern warehouse/ trade counter units with a range of unit sizes to suit all requirements. Starter units measure 875 sq ft whilst the larger units on site measure up to 4,750 sq ft.

The estate is easily accessed from the North Bradford/Leeds suburbs of Shipley, Bingley, Apperley Bridge, Calverley and Pudsey. Bradford City Centre is located approximately 3 miles to the south and Leeds City Centre 11 miles to the south east.
