£500 Referral Reward
We will reward any Industrials customer £500 one-off rent reduction for any new business referrals. All you have to do is email us at firstname.lastname@example.org introducing your contact to our team and if they take out a lease, we will deduct £500 from your account or future rent invoice. Simple.

*Terms and Conditions
An existing customer who has a current lease and is in occupation (‘Qualifying Customer’) can receive a £500 (plus VAT) credit towards their account and will be deducted from their rent the following month. The Qualifying Customer is not eligible for the Reward if the referred customer does not notify us of the Qualifying Customer’s name and unit they occupy with us. The referred customer must take a one year minimum commitment and the rent payable must be over £5,000 per annum. If the rent is below this amount then £250 (plus VAT) will be credited. In the event that we are unable to, The Qualifying Customer agrees that we will not be held liable for any loss or claim arising from its exercise of the Reward under this scheme. Referrals must not be to group or related companies. We reserve the right to terminate this referral scheme at any time.
We are always looking for letting partners to help fill our vacant units.
If you are interested in working with us on a sole, joint or open agency basis then please get in touch. We constantly review our leasing arrangements and pay fees on all valid introductions to retained agents. In certain circumstances we are also able to pay fees on non-retained introductions.

We are actively seeking acquisition opportunities in the UK and pay fees on all valid introductions.
We are constantly working with investment agents and actively seeking further acquisition opportunities around the UK. We like to buy good quality, purpose-built multi-let industrial estates in densely populated areas in lot sizes of £3m+, either as individual estates or portfolios. We pay fees on all valid introductions.
