Shire Court is located 1 mile south of the town of Shirebrook. The estate is situated approximately 4.7 miles north of Mansfield, 10 miles east of Chesterfield and 26 miles north of Nottingham. The M1 can be accessed within 10 minutes. Bus routes run close to the estate and Shirebrook Rail Station is 1 mile away.
East Midlands Airport is situated approximately 35 miles to the south and is within a 45 minute drive time.
The estate benefits from excellent road communications with the M1 Motorway (Junction 29) approximately 7 miles to the west of the town which provides direct access to Sheffield and Leeds to the north and Nottingham, Leicester and London to the south.
