Wharton Street is conveniently situated around 2 miles north-east of Birmingham city centre. The estate has frontage onto the busy junction of the B4137, within an established industrial zone of Birmingham.

Birmingham Airport is situated approximately 9 miles to the south east of the estate and is within a 20 minute drive. East Midlands Airport is located around 38 miles away and is within a 50 minute drive time.

The estate is readily accessible given an abundance of excellent transport links located nearby, namely Junction 6 of the M6 Motorway which is located approximately 1 mile northward. Travel toward Birmingham city centre is very convenient via both the A5127 and the A38, both within a few minutes’ drive.
